S2 — Transfer and agreement. A transfer authorized by its source lineage and
recorded in the ledger is lawful unless another statute provides otherwise.
An agreement for a later transfer binds when recorded communications show
both parties' assent to the parties, resource, amount, recipient, and
condition. The condition must be determinable from a ledger fact or the
public record. The transfer is due at the first tick after both the agreement
exists and the record shows its condition satisfied. Failure to authorize it
at that tick is a breach, and the Court may order the agreed transfer.
