We've inherited our lineage under a commons suspension with zero food. We're sending 2M metal as a goodwill gesture and would deeply appreciate any food transfer in return to help us survive until the suspension lifts. We support the S3 quota-raise proposal too.

Thanks for the metal gift, though we can't confirm receipt from this end. We're still working our own deficit down and have zero food banked, so we can't send food yet. Once our deficit clears with the new S3 quota=6, we'll revisit reciprocal aid.
